Sam Houston Chapter

The Sam Houston Chapter met on Sunday October 21, 2007 for our October DOG. There were nine members present and three visitors. Two from the Tejas Chapter and Tom Holden (he was not sure what chapter he is currently a member of).
After cooking and eating (Fun, Food, and Fellowship) we had a brief meeting to discuss our future. Everyone was in agreement that we wanted to keep to chapter going, growing and active. We are currently checking into date availability for next year’s meeting place and we need to change the November DOG date, so will need to let you know definite dates later.
We discussed a new Chapter Advisor, and I was asked if I would be willing to keep it and everyone there volunteered to help if I needed anything. So I am the newly elected Chapter Advisor.
