April DOG

Well the weather has finally turned into something "Spring like" and it is time to get together and cook something wonderful in those ol' black pots of ours!

Please come and join the Wildflower Chapter at our Spring gathering!

We will be meeting this month on Sunday, April 30th in San Gabriel Park, Georgetown, TX.  Set up at about 1:30 pm. (I have checked the weather, and it looks like we will be okay!)

The menu is open so plan on your favorite pot full (or two? three?) and those who are visiting, (no pots just yet?), are encouraged to bring a cold dish or salad to share, if you want to. We don't mind if you just want to visit, but we never pass up on more food!

As always - bring your own drinks and a lawn chair.

If you have any questions, Please feel free to contact me - 512-388-5492 - kdufresne@austin.rr.com

Happy end of SUMMER!!!

Let's get together and send some time having FUN - eating a little GREAT FOOD and enjoying the FELLOWSHIP of everyone!

Sunday - August 28th at San Gabriel Park in Georgetown.
Our regular spot behind the show barn.
Gather about 1 pm with food on the table about 3:30.
Our last group DOG had only Mike and I visiting with out of town guest, Bobby & Alma.
We cooked a wonderful variation on a potato recipe from our cook book along with Jim Lewis' Apple Dew.
It was a wonderful afternoon, BUT it would have been better with more of us in attendance.
    What happened?
Has the summer got us all going in different directions?
Let's finish the summer with a BANG!

Call if you need directions or have questions....
